The basic act of caring for oneself is extremely important: it strengthens our skin and, more broadly, permits us to be more aligned. Simple repetitive gestures of loving care can nourish our skin and grow the beauty within us.
There is a multi-sensorial memory in the body. By stimulating the different senses through touch and smell, focus and visualisations we can anchor our feelings. With compassion, we create a process that enables us to step into a coherent caring state at a moment’s notice and really nourish our skin and inner beauty.
MyTime Cosmetics recommends the application of cream with compassionate purpose and loving kindness. By focussing on our core energy and coherence we develop ritual that strengthens and protects the skin, the body and the mind.
The whole process is a way to bring alignment between ourselves and the broader environment and to feel at one within this skin-nourishing treatment. It helps to reduce stress, permits a deep relaxation and an increase of energy flow. This soothing skin ritual is “time-out”. Returning to the day, one has more energy, more clarity and radiant skin.
We favour an integration of massage, meditation and facial exercise in the skincare routine. These three elements nourish and protect the skin and to align your vibration with a healing and caring based energy based. Facial exercise helps keep our skin refreshed and toned.
MyTime cosmetics skincare routine will help your life to unfold in strong positive clear coherent vibratory state and nourish the skin deeply. The results will show inside and out. Your life will continue with success and purpose, you will be able to step into this state at a moment’s notice.
Whenever you apply your moisturizing face cream, remember to take some time out to really absorb the moment. This ritual should be simple, effective and fun. Adapt it as necessary for you!
Your Beauty Time
Visualize a serene and happy moment, such as a loved one smiling at you.
Application
Warm a small amount of cream with your hands and apply it to your face and neck using upwards and outwards movements.
Apply below the mouth, moving outwards and up the face. Repeat above the mouth moving up over the temples.
Gently apply cream in a circular motion around the eyes. Finish off by applying cream to the centre of forehead just above the eyebrows and move outwards.
Massage
Lean forward and tap your face gently with your fingertips.
Neck swooping elevation
Alternate your hands up your neck across your jaw-bone, and cover the whole area from ear to ear. Press your index and middle finger either side of the jaw bone, sliding firmly from chin to ears.
Cheek tension release
Hold hands straight either side of your nose, and press with the edges, through your index fingers and side of palm, for three seconds. Release the pressure and slide your hands outwards like petals across your cheeks to your ears.
You may lightly rub your temples and massage your ear lobes.
Radiant Eyes
Starting at the bridge of the nose between the eyes, slide your middle and ring fingers outwards over your eyebrows and very gently over the skin above your eyelids. Repeat this forming a circle under the eyes, drawing tiny circles with your index fingers around your eyes.
Hold five-second acupressure points at the inner, middle and end of the eye brow-line. Gently stroke your temples.
Forehead of calm mind
Starting at the eyebrows with the fingers rub your forehead with upward strokes. Place the tips of the index and middle fingers of both hand in the middle of your forehead one above the other. Now form a semi-circle so that one the hands swap position. Do this across the forehead. Release all knotted tension with some strokes up and way.
Face energy
Place both hands over your face and cup the face to produce a suction effect. Apply pressure and release. Place hands over face again and make movement of the hands towards the ears and then up and down. Release.
Lean forward and gently tap your face with the tips of your fingers. Sit up again and place your fingertips under your chin. Slide them gently up over the jaw bone up to just below the cheekbones. Slide your fingertips along the underside of the cheekbones, up through the temples and up the forehead. Repeat five to ten times.
Toning
Stand or sit comfortably, looking straight ahead. Relax. Place your hands apart below your face about 10cm, 4in, from your face. Now imagine everything moving up, chin cheeks, forehead. Slowly move your hands to join above your head and feel the imaginary thread pull your face upwards. Visualize your relaxed toned face within this energy field.
Lip Mouth curl
Half open your mouth and curl the bottom lip over your teeth. Open and close your mouth feeling the tension in the throat, repeat five or more times.
Scrunch Stretch
Scrunch your face tightly, your lips tightly together moving up to your nose, your tightly shut, relax. Now stretch; mouth and eyes wide open. Repeat five or more times.
Finish off with a visualisation and gratitude. The visualisation will help to calm and the gratitude will move you outwards with energy and vigour. Breathe in through your mouth, out through your nose. Feel your breath and visualize your warm smile radiating to your loved ones. And thank them for being there for you.
Gratitude is incredibly empowering. The process of thanking is able to counteract and overcome negative energies. By bringing a series of “thank yous” such as to your body, your face, thank yourself for being so healthy, thank your family, your friends and in an ever increasing circle, those around you and the things that you love in your life.
This beauty times leaves your face energised and protected and your mind calm ready for your day.
